Privacy notice
The sponsor portal collects company, contact, billing and partnership information needed to review requests, create checkout sessions, document payments and plan approved sponsorship benefits.
Payment information
Card and eligible payment-method details are entered directly on Stripe Checkout and are not stored by this PHP application. Stripe processes those details under its own privacy and security practices.
How information is used
Submitted information may be used to contact the sponsor, verify authority, prepare agreements, fulfill benefits, provide receipts, prevent fraud and maintain accounting records. Marketing communications are sent only when selected or otherwise permitted by law.
Storage and access
Production deployments should keep the storage directory outside the public web root or block direct web access, restrict server permissions, use HTTPS, retain records only as needed and protect administrator access.
