Sponsorship terms
These portal terms apply to sponsorship and event asset requests for the CliqClaq AIO Hallo-Worlds Release & Charity Festival scheduled for October 28–31, 2027 in Sarasota, Florida.
Approval and inventory
Payment or submission does not guarantee exclusivity, creative approval, a specific placement, event admission, artist access or activation rights. All sponsorships remain subject to written festival approval, inventory, safety rules, venue rules and final signed scope.
Custom-priced assets
Midway, Stage and Beer Garden selections are requests for a proposal and do not create a purchase until a written agreement and payment arrangement are completed.
Creative and operational deadlines
Sponsors must provide logos, artwork, insurance documents and activation details by the deadlines issued by the festival. Late delivery may reduce or prevent fulfillment without creating a refund right.
Refunds and event changes
Unless a signed sponsorship agreement states otherwise, sponsorship payments are non-refundable after acceptance and allocation. Programming, schedule, venue configuration, performers and operating details may change. Any legally required remedy will be handled under the final signed agreement.
